Rice noodles are a great alternative to wheat pasta as they are gluten free. The perfect comfort food to go with organic vegetables or meat and for combinining with our organic Asian sauces and pastes. Our rice noodles are a great and healthy way to fill out a meal. A deliciouse combination of mouth-watering ingredients makes this Thai food staple so popular and perfect for stir-fries. With noodle mades strictly from organic rice you get the natural wholeness of organic rice. Pack contains 250g of approx 21cm long white rice noodle sticks. (serves 5)

Cooking Instructions.
add noodles to freshly boiled water for 8-10 minutes (lesser if for a stir-fry dish) or untill desired firmness is obtained. Stir occasionally.

Remove from the hot water, drain and run under cool water for 1-2 minutes to stop the cooking. Toss in a little cooking oil to keep the noodles from sticking to each other, if not to be used right away. If making a soup, cook the noodles directly in the broth.
