Muesli is an easy healthy breakfast, and widely viewed as a very healthy food, particularly with the focus of modern nutritional science. Apart from being a breakfast food, muesli is often eaten as a snack or at other meal times because its so easy and convenient to simply add milk and gobble.

Most people simply add milk; however you can be quite adventurous with almond milk, coconut milk and toppings for muesli like Yoghurt, cream, fresh fruit, cinnamon, nuts, sultanas other seeds etc or any combination of the above. The ease of being able to customise a tasty and easy healthy breakfast is what makes it universally popular.

So, we believe a good muesli should have a good balance of natural wholefood nutrition, fibre, vitamins minerals and antioxidants from a range of grains, nuts, (particularly Oats & Almonds), other seeds and dried fruits, but also should be tasty without being high in sugar.
